Nova Bookings ("Nova Bookings," "we," "us," or "our") operates the marketing website at novabooking.online and related product experiences, including the Nova Command Center at commandnova.online. We provide a connected platform for service businesses — including AI websites, bookings, CRM, team tools, and the Command Center.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of our marketing site, people who request demos or contact us, and customers who use our suites and Command Center.

If you pay for a plan, our payment processors may collect billing and payment details; we typically do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

In the Command Center and related product surfaces, we may also collect product usage events (for example, feature interactions) to operate and improve the service.

Business customers control access within their own tenant. Team members you invite to Command Center may see customer content you make available to them according to roles and permissions you configure.

Retention periods vary by data type and context. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Nova Bookings is oriented toward customers in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection rules than your home country.
